Clusterflush™ is both a teat and equipment sanitiser which can be administered through your standard cluster backflush systems and teat spraying equipment to sanitise and clean your system and cows teats after each milking.
Reduce the spread of mastisis
Clusterflush™ will enable dairy farmers across the world to improve their milk yields, thus benefiting from higher margins and better business security. Clusterflush™ reduces cross-contamination of disease and infection resulting in reduced vet bills and ultimately happier cows, ensuring a better quality product and at a lower cost.
improve yields
Clusterflush™ is designed to reduce the spread of mastitis, diminish the use of antibiotics and the loss of production of a cow, minimising vet bills and medication costs resulting in increased milk yields.
Clusterflush™ performs better than peracetic acid in terms of bacteria kill and contact times. When used at the correct dilution it has no corrosive properties on your equipment and is harmless when it comes in contact with human skin and is much more comfortable and safe on your cow's skin too. When your cows are happy and content they yield more, produce a better quality product and have a better quality of life.
Clusterflush™ is easy to store and use. It comes in 20 litre concentrate, which is diluted at 100/1 for final use. It stores safely and at final dilution rate is simple and safe to use.

20 litres of Clusterflush™ should be diluted with 180 litres of water to make up a final dilution of 200 litres. This can be done in a suitably sized container. The dosing system should be set so that it draws off at 100/1 delivering a final yield of 20,000 litre cow milkings. One 20 litre drum of Clusterflush™ concentrate is enough to treat 20,000 individual cow milkings.
